Our Story Since 1975

The Incollingo family was introduced to the Philadelphia area in 1965 when Mario’s Food Market was opened in Northeast Philadelphia. Over the years, the market developed into a delicatessen with catering and prepared foods; and in 1980, Mario’s Pizza opened its doors, with a second location added in 1984. Catering by Mario’s grew from there and has been serving the Philadelphia Area with quality service and great food for over thirty-five years. The business is ran by brothers, Mario and John Incollingo, who partner their individual expertise in food preparation and customer service to offer a full-service catering company that can provide everything to make an event successful: from food to equipment, tents, tables, chairs, linens, china & silverware, banquet staff & event planning. We cater all types of events including but not limited to weddings, engagement parties, holiday parties, corporate picnics, school events, business meetings, office parties, seminars, church events, galas, fundraisers, birthday parties, and anniversary parties. Since 2017, Catering by Mario's has been proudly serving as the exclusive caterer for the Emerald Ballroom of Sprinklers Fitters Local 692. We have long-standing relationships with several major community contributors, such as The Fox Chase Cancer Center, SEPTA, PECO, Temple University, Cardinal Dougherty Alumni Association, and The Steamfitters Local Union just to name a few. Our President (Mario) and Vice President (John) are supported by the Executive Chef and a team of culinary experts and event management professionals who work together to achieve unsurpassed food preparation for every type of service, large or small.
