If you have a venue or location for your next party, we’re available for catering your off-premise party in the Philadelphia and Bucks County area. Picnic Catering Options
Picnics are available at three price levels.
- Basic: $18.95 pp, minimum 100 people and up.
- Plus: $21.95 pp, minimum 100 people and up.
- Gala: $32.95 pp, minimum 100 people and up.
All picnic packages are based on a 100 guest minimum. For 50-99 persons add $5.00 pp.
- Picnic Price Includes: Food and food preparation
- All paper goods For Servers add $195 each.
- For Professional Barbecue Chefs add $250 each.
- Propane Grill With Propane – Rental Fee add $300 each
- All picnics include high-quality disposable plates, flatware and napkins.

The most popular service is 12 ounce cans of a variety of brand name sodas, bottled water & iced Tea. This service includes beverages, ice buckets, ice, clear plastic cups, straws, and more in the Philadelphia area for just $1.95 per person.
